Children’s Parade-Downtown Washington and “Celebrate Children” Festival. Parade starts at 10:30 am (line-up by the Estuarium at 10:00 am). Children’s festival immediately following the parade and includes: Washington Fire/Rescue Fire Truck, Washington Police Department Police Car, car seat clinic, Beaufort County 4-H, PCS Phosphate dig-for-fossils pile, Patch Clark and the ECU Storybook Character performance, outdoor art, Wendy’s “Wendy” and more!
